Geno Smith was projected to be the first pick at the end of season last season. Quarterbacks always get an early hype because they are in the spotlight more. Mock drafts this early are just people throwing darts in the dark.

The Rams have some huge holes to fill. Maybe trading down might be the answer. Or maybe something else altogether would be the better route to go. :

BD... Jake Long tore his knee up. The RT is a free agent. I agree a trade would be nice, but a top OL is a must have.

Bradford will get another year as starting quarterback. Too early to give up on a first overall pick.

Rams already gave up on him. They won't say it publicly.

Dear Rams,
I have changed my mind. Let's draft Sammy Watkins with the first pick. Maybe trade the #2 to Atlanta for their 1st and 2nd rounder. Either way lets get Sammy and then a O lineman.

I liked the Watkins idea before last night, think they have to come away with him or Evans with 1 of their 1st rounders..2 prob too high tho and will he be there when whatever pick they have in 1st comes around (forget what number? 11 or 12 I think?).. Need someone on the outside and it doesn't appear that what's his nuts (the kid from east bumfuck st they drafted too early) will be ready any time soon, lot of raw talent no brains it seems..

I don't think Watkins will be there with the 2nd pick. That's why trading down for more chips will be ideal. Need a tackle, CB, and safety too.
What I love about Watkins is he catches the ball with his hands. Not his body. Seems like a rare trait that only the best do.
