Yes I know that the Pacers lead the NBA in defense, but they have had a few lapses vs. lesser opponents lately (see Charlotte and Detroit between the two Miami games) and they know that they can still win this game without an all-out effort. The Cavaliers are playing zero defense but they have continued to score points even through the whole Bynum controversy. Thus, the last 10 Cleveland games have averaged a combined 215.1 points. The first meeting this year was an easy ‘under’, but that was very early in the season when the Cleveland offense was struggling with Kyrie Irving slumping.

I don't get that. Pacers D is great at home and they don't score over 100 much. Pacers probably win by 10 or more, which gives an outcome of about:

Pacers 102
Cavs 90

I hope it hits at 195 so we can all cash.
