Frazier is a good guy, well liked and respected by his players. His first mistake was hiring Musgrave who the Falcons ran off because they were afraid he was hurting Ryan. Then they reached for Ponder and stuck with him too long. McNabb completely flopped too. The combo of Ponder and Musgrave was just too much to overcome. If they just have an average Qb last year the entire playoffs unfold differently and they're likely the 3 seed this season.

Bucs hired Leslie Frazier as defensive coordinator.
The Cowboys wouldn't let DL coach Rod Marinelli out of his contract. Tight with new Bucs coach Lovie Smith, Frazier teaches a similar Tampa 2-style defense, although both coaches have utilized more man coverage in recent seasons, with Peanut Tillman doing so frequently in Chicago and Xavier Rhodes playing press this past year for Frazier in Minnesota. Before a largely-failed stint as the Vikings' 2011-2013 head coach (20-32-1 record), Frazier coordinated Minnesota's defense from 2008-2010, and his units ranked sixth, sixth, and eighth in the NFL in total defense. Put simply, he's a fantastic fit under Lovie and has an excellent track record as a coordinator. Frazier and Smith will need improved pass rush in Tampa, but they aren't going to let Darrelle Revis go to waste.Comment -

Frazier is too quiet, too nice, too stupid and knows nothing about offense. He is ignorant about NFL offenses. Trading up for Tavars Jackson and trading up for Christian Pondscum.
The defense progressively got worse under him.
I called it with the Vikings this year and it is a shame that AD goes to waste because he has an ignorant head coach.Comment -
