Armed Forces Bowl (11:45 ET Monday)

One of my favorite plays of the bowl season goes tomorrow. I really wish the line would get to +7 but I might have buy it up. Mid Tenn State is a solid team from a decent enough conference to hang in there with Navy's triple-option offense. Going to see a ton of ground attack and I think MTST can keep this one close or even win straight up. Could be a game of swings.

Any thoughts here?

I think that's probably the case for anyone facing the triple-option. I believe Georgia Tech runs that offense and the other military academies.

All I gotta say is beware of the favorite in bowl games with the favorite at -4.5 to -7 odds.
The dogs seem to see that and try to prove the public wrong.
I'm hedging my Navy ML with a small wager on MTSU +7.

There are plenty of conferences that are worse. Just because the bottom of each division had a total dud doesn't mean it's a shit conference. Marshall, ECU and Rice did very good things this year.
