Ha! Funny stuff! Let me give you an example of how SBR handles a valid complaint. Well, I don't want to short change honest mods who may have worked here in the past. I had a complaint with Sports Interaction. I tried to resolve through customer service but it didn't work. I submitted a complaint. Lou received it. I was very thorough and felt it was to the point. His cookie cutter response was he talk to the book and SBR sides with the book. Of course they were a sponsor. I reach out to the manager who Lou said he discussed it with and was able to resolve it within 5 minute. Apparently Lou didn't relay everything I sent him. It was amazing how I was able to easily resolve it within 5 minutes of talking to the same guy Lou did.
