A few 7+ point favorites loss SU this weekend...

I thought SF would be an easy SU at first glance but ATL are no easy opponent and they might hang close with the 49ers after SNF blowout. I find it hard to see back to back blowouts on Prime Time. I'm guessing ATL keeps this game close and potentially pulling the upset.

Check it out, a SF loss tonight would pull them even with Arizona and tied for 2nd place in the NFC West. They will face each other next week and possibly for the final spot in the wild card as New Orleans has an easier match up @ home vs Tampa Bay (-12.5).

Correct me if I'm wrong, ideally, SF has to lose tonight in order for Arizona to stand a chance of getting the final spot for the wild card and face each other going in with identical records.

If SF lose: record is 10-5 (tied with AZ)
If SF win: record is 11-4 and play next week vs AZ 10-5; if AZ wins they go 11-5, same record with SF 11-5, but SF would win the tiebreaker due to a better conference record.
