He'll probably add 3 more before it's said and done. This record might be broken anytime soon because you will need the combination of an Elite Quarterback and a great core of wide receivers.

#2give brady a minute to move over since he has to get those three super bowl trophies out of the way
not for nothing but does anyone even care about this record at this point aside from broncos fans? shits like video games anymore
take a look at this and think about how amazing marinos season was in 84 when you look at the list of years these gueys played

#3Tom Brady always had Bill Bellickeck and usually had a strong team around him. Pats were 11-5 under Matt Cassell the year he went down due to injury. Peyton Manning got hurt and the team won 2 games. I believe they were maybe 9-7 or 10-6 the year before that and his team was complete garbage. I kept telling everybody he had one of the worst teams in the league but he still won 10 games with them.
If Peyton Manning had Bill Bellicheck and Ton Brady had Tony Dungy it would be the exact opposite. Manning would have 5 super bowl trohpies and Tom Brady wouldn't even have 1 title.Comment -

#4and now, yeah Manning his "good receivers".
Before he got there people were saying "why would he go to Denver, they have no receivers".
Eric Decker was just a tall white guy and Thomas was on track to be a bust. He went from 32 catches to 94 under Manning.Comment -

#6he has 50. go look at the fake 50, it was not a catch...and a brain dead tree can see it wasn't. i had no bet on the game, but either the refs really have no clue or something else is going on wink winkComment -

What happened last year to your boy Manning in the playoffs? lets excuse the Colts era since that was one of the worst teams in the league

The QB is the most important guy on the field but he isn't the only player on the field.
Was it the 2010 or 2009 Colts that were complete garbage. That's why the year after he left the team won 2 games.Comment -

they had no good running backs either
Collie in and out, back out for good... concussions, Collie is finally back playing randomly here and there for the Pats this year.... remember what Manning did with him in his 2009 rookie year? you know... the year the Colts won the AFC
Clark was out for the year in 2010. Some guy named Tamme took over...
Garcon was in and out all year long
Forget that... don't even remember who was injured on defense because they are all OUT OF THE LEAGUE just 3 years later lol bum ass cornerbacks/safety's
Linebackers were hurt... Colts still had no good or even average DT's... thus couldn't stop the run either
and still.... after scrapping all year and being 6-6... Peyton lead the team to big victories to finish 10-6 and win the division by basically dragging the backups to the playoffs
and in the playoff game, he drove the team to a FG to take the lead over the Jets and left 1 minute on the clock... what happened? special teams failed and the Jets ran the kickoff back to the 50 yard line. Game over.
so yeah... forgot to add how bad the special teams were too in 2010
how easily you guys forget
that was the year the Colts beat the Titans late in the season and ended up winning by 2 and Paco lost by the hook and was BURIEDComment -

#13the defense was built to PROTECT LEADS and rush the QB on 3rd and longs
the defense couldn't DO THAT when the offense could never score w/Curtis Painter @ QB and eventually the defense would wear down and could never do shit in the 4th quarter.... so suck a dick
the defense was small and undersized, would even get worn out faster than other NFL teams using different schemes and having better, bigger players
THEY SIGNED KERRY COLLINS and HIS WHITE BEARD in a PANIC ATTACK for God's sake
he got hurt... and thus the Colts still had to deal with watching Painter "play QB" if you can call it that
finally late in the season they started that other dude who was semi-competent as a QB and won 2 games

#18This is a great accomplishment despite some idiots on SBR stil trying to belittle Manning greatness. While it might look like everyone is doing it, the 40 Touchdown threshold has only been crossed 10 times by only 7 QB's. Stafford had 41, Warner 41, Brees 43-46, Rodgers 45, Marino 44-48, Brady 50, and Manning 49-51. Everyone can agree that Stafford has no business being with that group.Comment -

#22Houston Texans coach Wade Phillips speculated after Sunday’s loss to the Denver Broncos that Peyton Manning‘s second touchdown pass to Eric Decker might not have been a clean catch. Apparently, the NFL agrees with him. Phillips said Friday that the league informed him this week that the touchdown — Manning’s 50th of the year, tying […]Comment -
