Can someone give me a "betpoints" explanation?

Been posting on various gambling forums for years, but new to sbr.

What exactly are "betpoints," how are they acquired and what can I do with them?

I'm sure if I look around enough, I'll probably find an explanation. But it's late, I'm tired, and I'm still finishing up some work.
