The zebras that called those five (5!) very questionable pass interference calls against them in the Notre Dame game in the beginning of the season.

Dont like or dislike Sparty, but that team got screwed big time this year.

Not sure all 5 of those PI calls were "questionable".

Besides that... and I could be wrong, but I think MSU was flagged 10 times, and Notre Dame 9.

The problem for Sparty was that was Cook's worst game of the year.

He threw for something like 120 yards, and I think MSU only had something like 250 yards of total offense.

Cook got better as the season wore on, and by the time the Ohio State game rolled around, Sparty was a much better offensive team.

It's clear-- Michigan State's gameplan was mug and thug. They played that way all year.

The 3rd and 4th PI calls are a mugging. Look at the way the MSU defender just grabs #10 of ND and slings him to the ground on the 4th.....The 5th one, probably should have been holding.

The only one i would say that is questionable is the 2nd one.

But each to his own.

2-3-5 weren't close to interference. In fact, 2 of them could easily been offensive PI.

The 4th clearly defensive PI, no doubt.
