No, the reason I have issues with him is because he is a lies about trivial things, he lies about important things--you could say that Pinny is the fake RAS, he gets the best number after the number moves--25 times I found this to be true for his paid selections and these are the only ones I can confirm without a doubt (in a single month), and he uses SBR for free marketing.

A lot of people want to take the passive approach, where as long as a tout does not mention certain no-no's, they should be able to freely post their selections in Player's Talk. he does not know any better. he just sees people, including Pinny referencing and celebrating his paid selections, alongside his free picks, and wants to be able to purchase them. It's not rocket science and SBR is too big for mods to police. Honestly, his pm is quite revealing, as he is a new poster, who clearly recognizes that Pinny has the hot hand, is a tout, and that it's possible to contact people on SBR in order to find out how to get his package.

So many members of the nation have lost their pm privileges because they were telling new guys where to go for the packages.
