I think Bama has too much talent and pride.....guys looking down the road for paychecks....I am split with these guys.

ND yes and no.....as awful as they looked against Bama in the NC.....Seniors playing last game.....tough for me to think they just flop.

Urban may want it but he is not playing.

I was kinda looking at Louisville. I know Teddy wants to showcase a little against an at-least-former powerhouse, but they really slogged through their last 3-4 games against weak opponents. I like Miami in this one as a slight upset.

Edit: Of course you could say the same thing about the Canes. But I trust Al Golden will have his team ready moreso than Charlie Strong

Oregon is running amok. I mean, who has their starting TE suspended for a snow ball fight? There is absolutely no leadership in the coaching department there. Helfrich is a train wreck. Add in the possibility of this being Mack Brown's last game and the fact that it is being played in San Antonio and, well, I think you can see where this is going. +13 1/2 is also nice for UT fans.

Alabama has been in this spot before, and folded like a cheap tent. And yes, Nick Saban was the HC for that game also. Oklahoma had to fight to get to the Sugar Bowl, upsetting rival Okie State in Stillwater as a 10 point dog. The Oklahoma players are happy to be in that game. The Alabama players are not. Alabama opened up at -17. The line is now down to -15 at some shops. Still way too many points.

I can see Ohio State in this spot, but Clemson is just an average team. With the line favoring OSU by only 2 1/2 points, this game is really not worth playing. Remember, favorites win more after New Years Eve than they lose.

The Brown suspension may be a blessing IMO . Mundt a better blocking TE .

I hear what you are saying, but what about the rest of the team? What about their attitude? Oregon is really set up for a major upset here. They get Mariota for one more year, but after that, it is all uphill for Oregon unless they start to get some control of those players.

Yes I'm not sure the motivation will be there from some. Actually think Mariota graduates before entering draft but that's for another day.

Biggest play for me is Clemson getting the 3. Pulled their first stringers all year while Ohio State was running scores up trying to get some respect. Team is very motivated to get the Orange Bowl win after the loss a couple years ago. And the defense is much better week in and week out. They slowed down the SC running back as well as anyone in the almighty SEC this season and would have won handily if not for the 6 turnovers.
