Kansas State player scores a TD and and does a military style salute to the crowd and the refs throws a 15 yard un-sportman like conduct penalty accessed on the extra point.

it was significant b/c K-State needed a 2 point conversion to tie the game. The refs call made the 2 point conversion start from close to the 25-30 yard line ...

The fix was in. The refs were instructed to help Cuse win or cover if anyway possible.
