This team saved the BCS from another nightmarish embarrassing very predictable blow out just to happen in the Bowl. More worthy teams like UCLA, Oregon, Baylor, Michigan State, and few others belong in that last spot.

Haha. The last time two of the best went at it was Auburn/Oregon and Texas/USC. FSU/Auburn is what I want to see. The Spartans probably won't beat OSU in a dome.

Reminded me of Houston a few years back, undefeated going into their conference championship game. Good chance a win gets them a BCS bowl and they get absolutely EMBARRASSED.

I think the Huskies threw their game. I was reading an article about how much it cost for programs like theirs to make it to a BCS bowl game. They commented last year they barely covered their bowl game expenses. I think they didn't want the financial headache.
