        Based on what?

        Seriously.

        Fast Eddie is a Cajun.

Wake is a small private school in North Carolina, with high academic standards----

I'm not sure Fast Eddie O can even read and write.

If no head coaching job for Eddie O. Then he will end up as an assistant at another PAC 12 school.

          great hire for Washington

            Agree.

Fast O is a better assistant than he is a HC.

Has everyone forgot about his time at Ole Miss? Yeah, that didn't work out so well.

I believe it speaks for itself that USC didn't hire him. He will be one of the highest paid assistants and prob better off

                  Yeah, just what USC needed.

                  No discipline whatsoever.

USC still ended up losing to their 2 biggest rivals---

With everything that has transpired at USC they could take hire a head coach that was risky in anyway.

They got the square clean cut face

                      Great freaking hire.

I love adding this quality coach to my favorite conference.

Washington is a powerhouse in the making. The facilities upgrades alone make them a contender.

Great hire for Washington. He has recruiting ties to that area, especially with his past experiences.

Wow, Peterson was one guy that I thought was a lifer where he was, given that he either turned down or took himself out of the running of like 20 other offers.

That was your only hope of ever beating them on a regular basis.

But I don't know what you're so happy about--- Tim Deruyter will be packing his shit up sooner than later and moving on to a better job as well.

This isn't that big of a surprise.

Petersen stayed at Boise in large part to the health of his kid. His kid is a patient at Children's Hospital in Seattle-- and has been treated there for years.

The ONLY job that Petersen would have left for is Washington. He will be able to walk to CHOS.

                                      Sharp post.

If there ever is a movie on the life story of Chris Petersen, Walton Goggins has to play the lead.

Be interesting to see if Boise stays in-house ... likely will hire someone with Boise ties regardless. Washington DC Wilcox is rumored near top of the list to replace Petersen. Sure Boise will be just fine.
