Two plays that look good on Friday

New Orleans +4.5 and ML over Oklahoma City
Baylor +3.5 and ML over Kentucky

Take 'em, fade 'em, ignore 'em, whatever. Just suggestions based on what I've seen from these teams lately and how that matches up with the context of playing each other on Friday. This is based more from a non-gambling perspective, so keep that in mind. I haven't actually capped a game in over two weeks.

I also think DePaul might trip up Arizona State, if one or both of these games are too "high profile."

OKC's in a weird spot here, playing off of tough back-to-back road games at Sacramento and Portland with Indiana coming up next on Sunday at home. I'm bullish on New Orleans, even though the kind of success I'm anticipating from them might not be in their immediate future.

Would be nice if Anthony Davis was healthy and playing in this one -- that might have been enough to get me back in the game. LOL.

FTR, I would suggest taking Bowling Green +4.5 and their hard-hitting defense vs. Lynch and Northern Illinois because I do think it's a solid play, but my track record fading NIU this year is shit. They cost me more than any other team in college football this season by far.

Depaul catching points a good bet, been taking shots against asu whenever I see a decent spot as I think this team for whatever reason been somewhat overrated. Of coarse way my college hoops week has went most likely DePaul will be up 20 with 4 min to go and lose by 3. Lol.. Actually had good day thu, of coarse didn't post it cause didn't wanna drag anyone down my free fall of teams collapsing.. All that aside this gm should have been pk at best if not DePaul slight favs IMO..

I still pay attention to games (obviously -- I'm a huge sports fan) and I've been looking up lines typically after the fact to see how it matched up with games I've been watching. I haven't actually capped a game in a while, though. And I hang around here because I like the eclectic group of posters and really have nowhere else message board-wise that I pay attention to on the Internet. I enjoy both the gambling and non-gambling banter.

I kinda like the Pelicans play. Not so sure on Baylor. I just don't think Baylor is that good. They should have lost to Dayton in Maui. Kentucky is the better team, I'd just worry about a young team on the road this early in the season.
