I'm kinda getting the feeling he won't be charged because books are still accepting wagers on the game. But... what if he is charged? He would immediately be suspended at Florida State and would be ineligible to play in the game. No way FSU covers -29 with a back up QB. Duke would be able to hang with FSU. I think it's worth a look... what are you guys thinking?

Duke would still have a hard time making this a game without Winston.

Can anyone please explain to me WHY the Florida AG would let a man walk around if they are planning on charging him??? They wouldn't.
If they knew was going to be charged then they'd go arrest him and then make an announcement. They don't advertise that someone is going to get arrested and charged before they go get him. It's foolish.

Well I've bet against FSU the last 6 or so games and have gotten destroyed. Luckily been riding Duke the last 6 as well. Duke is getting 4 TDs. Wow. Duke seems to have this never say die attitude this year. Almost coming back to beat Pitt from a very large deficit in one of their 2 losses.
