                So was Phil Coke but was resigned too. No on Cano, it was to make sure Scherzer stayed and wiggle room for another deal possibly. Nothing like Cano numbers though.

                  That's what I thought with Cano....Jeff Jones usually pretty good with either acquiring good pitching or getting rid of pitchers on the decline
