Sammy. My only concern is which team wants to lose for better draft position??? Both teams need a QB in the draft. If Cleveland loses, they have a great shot at the 3rd pick, maybe 2 if things go their way. If they win, they drop more towards 8th. Do the Browns think they can somehow win the division or get a wild card spot? I'm not so sure.
