                                              Aaron Rodgers has the best TD to INT ratio of any QB possibly EVER. The only one who comes close is Brady. Rodgers is 4 tds to 1 int ratio for his career. He is arguably the best QB in the game. Eli Manning has 2 rings and was mvp of both super bowls, he's better then Romo.
