From the perspective of someone just north of the US border.... This is like the only holiday that isn't ****** up in America. Seriously, they have commercialized the hell out of just about every other potential money making opportunity. Thanksgiving has very wholesome traditional values, and I think it is really good for the people. Canada has thanksgiving too (although it happened about 3 weeks ago), and it is seriously one of my favorite times of year. Everyone makes the extra effort to get together for a big long feast, what's wrong with that?Comment
