Colorado is far from being the awesome Colorado from last year. They are back to their standards which means not being a playoff contender team. Their latest winning record is deceiving as they barely won vs Coyotes and Hurricanes after pulling two mirracle comebacks plus they played yesterday so that wasn't a good spot vs rested Blackhawks who are also a divisional rival. They also have some problems with injuries which takes away depth. But most important is no Varlamov who was saving them through out the year in previous season.

I respect you and I know that is the popular consensus, but this team will come around. Their confidence is blown and their defensive wheels have fallen off.....but that is why there is so much value there. I think there will be some tremendous value going forward.

I was SURE 197.5 was good and 202.5 was looking great as well....the live line got up to 206.5 at one point. Now it looks like a close call and could easily be just another tough, tough loss.

I'm not convinced about the Parenteau trade for Briere either. Now Varlamov is out and Berra is struggling. Avs are a team with bad puck control and mediocre defense so I doubt they can repeat the mirracle season they pulled last year. At least not without some drastic changes made.

Holy fukk....Lin is terrible. The Lakers looked good in the first half when playing Price....11 points, 5 assists and 2 rebounds and as soon as they took him out they went flat and lost the game the rest of the way.

I am not sure what the hell they are thinking. They played a PLODDING pace in the 4th Q, which is exactly what Memphis wanted to do. Just poor coaching on top of poor shooting.

And another half point loss.....yep, another half point.

Wow.....basically gave away yesterday`s winnings or most of them. At a quick glance it looks like I am down around $400 for the night.

Two big NHL overs came up short 5 goals when I had 5.5.

All NHL losses were a one goal difference.

Two overs and one spread came up .5 point short in the NBA.

Looking at my night, if I had looked at almost every game I would have really liked where I was halfway through, and it ended up being quite poor.

Oh well, lets get it tomorrow.

Lions -7, Lions/Bears O47.5

Bears facing a must-win once again, and although they won their last two games they didn't look that impressive to me. I like this as a bounce-back spot for the Lions upon returning home. I'm hoping the Lions O will wake up against a below-avg Bears D. Bears have had much more success running the ball this year, but they are up against a very solid running D.

Boys -3, Boys/Eagles Over 54.5

A good old fashioned Texas shootout here, with two superb offences colliding in a game for the Division lead. Giving the edge to the Boys here just because I think their home-field advantage is worth more than 3 points. No real solid analysis for me, just laying money on this one because I'll be watching and it's going to be a fun one.

Seahawks ML, Hawks/49ers Under 40

There's been some trash talk this past week, and as everyone knows I'm sure, this is going to be a very cagey match that comes down to which team turns the ball over less. For me, this is a good spot to fade the 49ers as they have put together a 3-game winning streak but showing no real dominance over any of their opponents. The Seahawks appear to be getting back on track with a dispatching of the Cards last week. Should be a very entertaining game as well to close of the triple-header.

No NHL plays for me, I thought about taking the Preds in regulation but the odds were only 1.74x at Pinnacle. Curious to see what you think.

Not a bad third Q, but it will still be close down the stretch.

On another note....I lost the Nets game because of a foul with 2 seconds left....a foul that Hollis Thompson should never have taken, down 6 points with two seconds? Everyone esle just lets the game wind down....but no. Of course Deron makes both and I lose that by a half point.

Then I lose my Sacramento over by two points....ok, not as tough, but the game looked over the whole way and then they ground out a loss for me.

THEN....with 7 seconds left and the game not in contention Goran Dragic makes a layup....the shot clock was NOT EVEN ON. Every other team just dribbles it out there....but for some reason Dragic is taking hail mary passes and making shots? I am confused and that made ANOTHER HALF POINT LOSS.

I know it happens....but come on....two of those three games should have been wins.

Tough loses, had a couple of those earlier in the week. You will bounce back! Cheers.
