OK, I decided to waste my time to bring some sanity to the Brady vs. Manning debate. The statistics below prove what most logical football fans already know: 1) QBs are better during the regular season against lesser competition than they are in the playoffs vs. better competition; 2) QBs generally play better at home than on the road.

Let's start with Peyton Manning:

Road QB Rating: 93.4

PLAYOFFS
Home QB Rating: 98.5
Road QB Rating: 68.2

And, now, Tom Brady's stats:

Home QB Rating: 96.7
Road QB Rating: 95.2

Home QB Rating: 89.4
Road QB Rating: 78.5

Comparing Brady and Manning I think it's fair to say that, overall, Manning is slightly better, BUT Brady is more consistent.

No, look at the playoff w/l record, head to head record and # of Super Bowl wins. Brady crushes in all three. If Manning doesn't get another Super Bowl it's not even close, Brady better/more clutch.
