So a guy has sex with a drunk skunk at a bar and then forgets to call her back the next day. So she goes to the cops and says it wasn't consensual. Did't Ben Roth was accused of the same crime? If you are a ho and get drunk that means you gave the green light.

The rule I read is that at FSU, any player charged with a felony is automatically suspended.

Actually in one of the many articles( letter from Family) states her Blood work came back that she wasn't at the time when test was taken.
Not sure how many hours it was since her last drink at the bar before they got in the cab went to apartment and the test blood work was taken

I disagree. It helps his case. A jury is not going to take the word of a drunk at face value.

Something happened. But how do you prove it wasn't consensual? Do they have pictures that show she was raped? Like scratch marks, bruises, etc? If all they have is semen on her panties it can be consensual. So it's the word of a drunk vs his. Women who don't get attention make stories like that.

You obviously haven't attended college anytime in the past decade or so, so let me clue you in: If she was drunk, it doesn't matter if it was consensual or not. I know that sounds crazy, but it's absolutely true. All she has to do is say "Officer, I don't really remember what happened" and that's a textbook sexual assault charge for the guy. Hear me now and believe me later: He is far, far better off if she was sober because at least then he's got a chance. This was drilled into our heads: Drunk girl + sex = Felony.
