The win percentage is SU not vs. the spread. Not sure what type of statistics they use to get their predictions, but they are consistently around 70% or so SU. Obviously, the more data there is the better that these statistical models work, so as far as using it for against the spread, it is more accurate later in the season. I wouldn't use that site for anything other than a little bit of guidance. If you use it to predict actual spreads you will probably be sorry.
