Not many people know this, but Foles going into his senior year was projected the second best QB in his draft behind only Luck.

The guy isn't a practice QB, so his combine wasn't exceptional. Neither was his senior campaign under a shit coach. Thus his stock suffered.

His game hasn't changed though.
