Well, sexual assault is not necessarily rape. Incognito diddled some woman with his golf club and he got into some trouble for that sexual assault, but it certainly wasn't ever considered rape. But I actually agree he is probably innocent.
But what probably happened is some white girl in Florida said to herself "oh my God.... that big black dude I sucked off - uh I mean who sexually assaulted me - when I was drunk last year is going to be rich and famous within a few years..... I better lay the foundation for a civil suit!"

If he doesn't play and FSU loses, yeah you would move to #2. I was already worried when the back up was announced done for the season. Knowing Jameis cannot get hurt on the field. Than This! If the allegations are dropped or if by "good chance" it was someone using his name, all should be well.

Forgone conclusion it's FSU/Bama (unless Mizzou pulls a miracle) for the title. FSU is clearly one of the top 2 teams in the country and much better then Ohio State. The Big 10 is a joke. I hate FSU and always will, but the team can play. I'll give respect where it's deserved.

On another note, this is a bogus allegation IMO. I'd love nothing more than to see FSU falter, but this is BS. Kid didn't do anything and is being accused based on name reconicience.

Well the BCS doesn't vote. , the Harris, Coaches and computers factor in. So unless they have a BIG change of heart on who the best 2 teams in the country are "if all win out", than maybe it could change. Otherwise Its FSU/Bama unless one of these teams drops the ball or maybe if FSU really struggles against a bad team.
