Services that offer alerts when new lines are posted?

Opening lines are great for value betting in all sports, and I'd like to know if there are services who offer alerts when new markets get posted by bookies.
The only service I use for betting is oddsportal, but they don't have this feature. Do paid services like TXOdds or BetBrain offer this kind of alert?

No its not necessary.

Opening lines always come out around the same time every week depending on the sportsbook... if its College Football check in Sunday around 1-2pm eastern standard time at 5dimes
