#7 ranked Auburn Tigers. Game is in Knoxville Tennessee.

I was shocked when i saw Auburn favored by 7.5 i thought for sure this would have been a pick'em.


Auburn is the most overrated team in the nation and only reason they are ranked #7 ia b/c they play in the SEC and they want to build hype for the upcoming iron bowl.


The Vols are a completely different team at home. They have a 100,000 seat stadium that will be rocking and they have already beaten Georgia and South Carolina in that stadium this season.

Dude Big Bear please tell me you don't watch college football very much, or maybe just not the SEC as much as the other conferences. No way in the world would this game be a pick 'em-Tennessee is still atrocious, though better than they were last year. And while it was much closer than it should've been they didn't beat Georgia-Aaron Murray marched the Dawgs down the field on a last minute scoring drive to force OT where they eventually won. Auburn is much better on both sides of the ball-the only thing Tenn has going for them in this game is home-field advantage. Auburn really is that much better than they were last year-Gus Malzahn is an offensive mastermind, though I think the biggest surprise has been how well the defense has played
and gotten better as the season has progressed. They're #7 not because of the hype of the iron bowl or whatever but because they only have 1 close loss (to LSU) for the season so far, which is an extremely hard feat in the SEC. I'll most likely stay away from this one (or just take the Auburn ML), but I hope Auburn ends up winning-that'll most certainly set up Auburn for a huge letdown spot against the Dawgs next weekend!

Auburn is one of the hotter teams in the country right now. They may slip up on the road but this past saturday they were on the road and dominated. Auburn should beat tennessee by 14 points.

Big Tennessee homer here. Yes, we are a much better team at home. Yes, Butch has us on the right path. Yes, we beat South Carolina, should have beat Georgia. Yes, Auburn is overrated. Yes, Auburn will get demolished by Alabama. Will we beat Auburn on Saturday with a freshman QB with one start under his belt? Quite simply, no, and I am putting my money where my mouth is with the biggest bet of the season so far for me (I am a small gamer, usually $50 units). Auburn is on a roll and has come together as a team (remember, these are guys that Gus helped recruit for his system in the first place and this season was only a matter of time for improvement) and we have not had an opportunity to do that with a new QB (who I am a huge fan of, but he needs time). Our O-Line is way overrated and our defense will struggle against the run. One intangible is our team is still very weak minded. I read quotes from Coach Jones in practice this week and you can tell it's a huge concern of his (thanks, Dooley). I strongly recommend a no touch or a lean on Auburn on this one (or tease Auburn down). (And I really hope I am wrong - haha!)
