This scenario is the same as the 1997 season when the Broncos and Chiefs were neck and neck for the division title. Everyone knew the Broncos were the better team, but a fluke 59 yards field goal in KC was the difference between the two teams winning the Division. KC was able to get a ton of early wins because played a weaker schedule while the Broncos had a brutal one because of them going 13-3 the previous year in 1996. We all know how that ended, the Broncos beating the 1st round seeded KC again and on their way to a Super bowl Title.

kc has the best defense in football .. its not about yards against per game its all about points .. with alex smith at qb this team is solid ... just as good as denver just in a totally different way
