brocker, don't you know by now that by looking at lines, evaluating games, following the games, the teams and posting lines on it is exactly like you are still betting.. you still have the bug and this is your fix..
the only you can quit forever is to get yourself out of this loop completely.. by involving yourself with this stuff still means you are still gambling.. the drug is still in you.. you need to occupy your mind with other things, or else you are still in the addiction.
