If I would bet that game it probably would be on the total. Philly has shown some positive signs during the last 2-3 games, but I think they're still pretty unstable and inconsistent...and Washington without Ovie is a hard team to bet on. So I'll probably stay away from betting the side...but if the over opens up on the plus money, it is something that I'd certainly consider.
