I tried to reffer a buddy of mine from States about a month ago with no luck....they just don't wanna add anymore US based accounts I guess.

5D's is a great book in my opinion...shitty customer service, but they pay promptly and you have a lot of betting options...a lot more than with Heritage.

Yeah I've been on 5d for a long time and never really had any trouble. My main (and only) thing I know how to do on my own is MMA and they're far and away the best book for that for various reasons.
