Chased games all up and down last week. After going on an incredible run the first 4 weeks of the nfl and college season this past week and half has been REAL shit for me!!

So...Im doin this exactly..Layin' off for a few days. Updating some notes, going over previous plays, checking up coming games.
Basically just taking a step back from actual betting and really getting back in touch with studying the games and letting the games flow.

Ive realized this after years of gambling. When your hot..enjoy..Because there will always come a time your gonna be doing the opposite.
Same with losing though.. Always comes back around.

I'm always muchhh better middle of the season in college and NFL and no clue why, 3 years straight I've killed it Oct-Nov and didn't do well in September....I think I trust my gut too much going into the year, but I watch so much football and study so much throughout the week (loser I know) that I adapt better as more information (games, stats, gamefilm) become available

I would agree with tat, and for some guys it's probably true.....But there are many out there that don't have a prayer, volume or being patient....Not even being condescending at all, too many squares rely on the "Sportscenter Mentality" and that will never change or win longterm

I can respect the lifelong pursuit of hitting it massive....with anything else being trivial and a discard. Nothing wrong with that. Although you know what I'm talking about when I say let bets come to you. When you're lucid and in the zone you're hitting at a killer % (like when you say trust me, tat).

Point is the days have passed when people can win just betting -110 spreads in major at a high volume. Numbers are sharp and information is instant these days. Guys that are winning are either picking their spots and maximizing their value or betting smaller sports/props/etc.

I tend to disagree with this. Then again depends what your definition of volume is. For football season I'd say 6-8+ games a weekend is heavy volume. I think you can win consistently betting that much.

Tonight is not a line analysis game. Honestly most mlb playoff games are not.

Only think I really ever look at is where it opens. If I think books are leaning a certain way based on the opener then I take that into account.

Agree the lines moving are irrelevant tonight and most nights. I have no play on this game. Think the lines are pretty much in line with probability.
