Jerry, where are you from?
I'm been following football since I was in the womb, and I've never heard it called the National conference in my life.
Had to google what NFC actually meant.

Both teams NEED home field advantage in the playoffs... Good luck with that...

So many good teams in the NFC. Drop almost any team from the NFC in the AFC and they'd be playoff contenders.

I'm not sure how SEA misses the playoffs. Looks like a double-digit win season at least.

Sf is better option to not get in. They will actually finish 3rd in the div behind the rams ( who they can't beat) and sea.
Seahawks will get in the playoffs.
Bears are going to the superbowl.

arizona won't be easy either with palmer, mendy and a pretty good defense.
49ers really need a 2nd wr to emerge, no injuries and if Golden Tate doesn't step it up look for alot of teams just to play zone to control the run
NFC is too tough, 4 division winners for 4 spots and just 2 remain after that.
You have to assume between chicago, green bay, detroit, minnesota, carolina, tampa, new orleans, 2 of those teams will make the playoffs
so that leaves just 1 out of the 2nd place team in the west, 2nd place team in the east and the rest of the nfc

Lol niners go back.. Should of made the bowl with no qb (Smith) and no offense to speak of other then Gore.. Niners and hate to say it, Hawks, are the class of the NFC. Defense wins boys atl has none or I'd agree. Couldn't even close it out up 17 at home against a guy starting his ninth nfl game. I'll bump this in February.

Would not be shocked they they Are the favorite in the NFC imo. Still so much parity pretty much anyone except Minnesota could make the playoffs

I think panthers beat seahawks opening day.----falcons take a step back, no way they go 13--3 again, maybe 10 wins.

Seattle under 10.5 wins this year seems to be the easiest bet on the board so far.
They were the miracle team last year and won 11 games, but could have easily went 6-10 in them.
Also SF -120 to win their division is stealing.

As a long time Seahawk fan I cannot refute this because, quite frankly, we are used to sucking. Over the years, that has typically been the story. So, it would not surprise me if we fell short of the playoffs and last season is just simply a fluke.
The main thing against all of this is our defense, that without a doubt is the real deal. If our QB and receivers can get their act together there's not much that will get in our way. Not sure if that will happen though.
