To clarify, the menu you're referring to is the inner settings configuration page where it shows the archive of disabled books. It's a good suggestion though for books down for the count. We'll work on getting rid of those.

deuce only way to view vegas odds in vegas is on your phone or a paid service
A few sites have vegas odds but very in accurate
