#55LOL -- what? He has an average slider, and no curve ball whatsoever. Throws variations of a fastball 90% of the time, and an occasional change to lefties.Originally posted by Big Bearthe nasty curve. just ask matt holiday he struck holiday out on it in the 2nd inning.Comment -

#58God damn. He's like 40, 5'9, and 300 pounds out there. Shit is pathetic. I would be embarrassed if I were a major league player and I had to get clowned on by him.Comment -

#60i was actually going to say this. and not only was he done 6-7 years ago, for whatever reason he remained in starting rotations for a handful of years while he just sucked ass. seems way too good to be true, then when you take into account the history of peds...Originally posted by No coincidencesDoing it again tonight.

#64I heard a commentator talk about him back when he played with Colon in his prime. Said the guy was a beast in the weight room. Squatted n benched more than anyone on the team. He does have pinpoint location.Originally posted by GimpedMasterWatching Colon pitch makes me feel like I could just walk out to the mound and do it too. You know what the biggest reason he is so effective? Doesn't walk anyone and when he does it seems like there's always 2 outs. Guy just throws strikes non-stop.
How can this guy not be the AL starter for the All-Star game??? Scherzer?? Bout the only argument I guess but Scherzer gets hella run support doesn't he?? I think what Colon is doing is way more impressive.Comment -
