venetian palozoz, has a little live betting remote you can load up... Very hard to get bets in on time though...

LVH has it but only for select games.... bet during commercials so you pretty much have to be standing at the betting window when the live line comes out if you want to get it in. They usually have one live baseball game per day and during football season they do live betting for Monday Night NFL Games and Thursday/Friday college games.
