Cris Weekly Review For The Week Of July 31st
    CRIS Weekly Review July 31st

The last day of Major League Baseball’s mid season trading is upon us and so far there is a few big names changing uniforms. Carlos Lee is heading to Texas and Bobby Abreu is now a Yankee. The NY Mets now lead the betting to win the World Series at +500 but Detroit is still close at +550 with the White Sox +615, Yankees +685, Cardinals +700 and Red Sox +715 seeing most of the futures betting from our customers. This time of year can be tough with last minute trades effecting teams lineup’s but thankfully we only have today to wait for any last minute deals. Second half bettors in baseball enjoyed some good profits this week at our expense, but its great to see the amount of interest our second half’s are generating now.

Baseball this week was a winner for our customers, who all seemed to get the lucky break when they needed it and it would have been a lot worse for us if it wasn’t for probably our biggest player here at www.betcris.com. Every good break that seemed to go in the favor of our general players seemed to go against this guy. Needless to say he lost a lot of money, which offset our regular players, but still not enough to pay the bills.

WNBA surprisingly is going well for us so far this year, and the last week was no exception. Normally we think of WNBA like we do as Arena football, but maybe it deserves more respect as it is starting to generate more betting action from the regular public.

NFL regular and Pre Season games are now available, as well as the NFL regular season wins. Early betting is suggesting that Baltimore wont be much better with the addition of Steve McNair with their Season total being bet under the 8.5 (-125) season wins. Other early indicators are Carolina over 10, Chief’s under 9.5, Eagles under 8.5, St Louis under 7 and Miami under 9.

    Until next week,

    Shane Catford
