they've been around for years.
one of the 1st offshore books i used actually..them and intertops.
hated the place, once i found my way around..not really sure why, but, having to download software to place a wager was 1 big reason.
not sure they still have that though, was 6 or 7 years ago i think, that i used them .Comment -
