Well 5dimes has dropped to -3 -125 as their main line. (-3.5 -103 reduced, buy to -3 is -125 for reduced). They are moving the line based on the action THEY have gotten, books get enough action that they are happy taking vig, they don't have to or want to play sides on the Super Bowl.
