My biggest issue with poker these days is I usually drink till I fall asleep at night. Then I get up around 4 am for a smoke, take a few shots, and hit the sack again. Then when I wake up around 8 or 9 I start drinking and playing poker.

This makes proper decision making and tilt management extremely difficult.
