It's not uncommon for books to experience processor issues that lead to delays, bounced checks, etc.

I see two major problems here.

1. they shouldn't talk about timelines until they are certain they can get it done. It's ridiculous that they keep making promises that are not kept. That kind of thing can lead to panic, where if they had just said they had processor issues and didn't know when payouts would be available, people would have gritted their teeth and waited.

2. BI's business model has always catered to mickey mouse degen gamblers, and those guys are gonna go apeshit when you tell them they will get their money today and it doesn't show up. This thread is testament to that.
