Since being taken over by sportingbet, I'm wondering what kind of treatment players have had at hollywood. Specifically, has hollywood resorted to the same tactics as sportingbet in confiscating bonus and winnings from players with accounts at different books.

    Hi tennis,

Hollywood has made independent decisions. The problem is that once the decision is made it takes a long time to act on it in their new system.

There have been players who had chargebacks with other Sportingbet books. The players normally would have lost the funds if SBT had access to the money, but because the money came in through the old Hollywood, they were allowed to withdraw it. Quality of CS is still well below what it was at the old Holly but there haven't been any confiscations.

Ok, Thanks Bill. so it sounds like I don't need to worry about them changing their minds and reverting to standard SBT procedure. That was my only concern. The CS is fine by me.
