    FAVBET blocked my account
Hello , im new here and i try to find help with a bookie named FAVBET.

I registered with them last week and untill now i had a nice going with them , from my 100 initial deposit i made a nice 850 euro winings.

To withdraw money from my account you need to send your ID copy. I send my ID copy and asked to withdraw 500 euro from my account. After same minutes i recived an email from them saying that my data when i registered is not the same with data from my ID copy , but they dont say what data. When you register with them you need to put the number of ID and expiration date . I think i put everything corect anyway but now i cant login to check and corect that because they blocked my account and they dont say exactly what the error was.Anyway i think is maybe a stupid reason to not pay the money.

Can anybody help me with this? Anyway i registered with them after my son and a coleg played with them and said well about them , they won same money also and they did not have any issue with them.

    Thanks

Now you scared me, I too have some 1kE there, but I was smart enough to check their "willingness to pay" with some small withdrawal when my balance was still low, so they verified my account and documents then.Hope I wont have problems now with bigger withdrawal and also that you will get back your earned money.I think that they dont have any international license, they are just local Ukrainian Bookmaker.

Thanks guys , seems that im in right place , anyway you are saying that maybe its not international bookie , but im in Portugal and i registered with them , and i see a lot of country can bee choose whe you register with them , in same local bet forum people are saying that they pay next day after you ask to withdraw.

Anyway i will file a complain with SBR to see if i can get help here , im saying that because after my mail ( same 11 mails i sent them today) , they just replay like Hello and thats all.

When i asked the reason i get this:

              You account is blocked.
Card ID data don't coincide with data which You indicated during registration.

Before the registration we informed You
Passport details must be entered exactly as it appears in passport:
              - for the citizens of Ukraine - the Ukrainian language;

              - for citizens of other states - the main language of the document (English, Russian, etc.). It can't be change.

              >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Card id data i think is the ID number i dont know , anyway i want them just to transfer my 950 euro that i have in my account in my moneybookers account.

              Thanks

No, I was saying they dont have any international gambling license and that they are probably only covered with Ukrainian legislation. But I was wrong, now I see that they have Curacao gambling license, same as Pinnacle, Marthonbet... So you can also try complaining there: https://www.favbet.com/en/page/licenzirovanie/

"FAVBET was founded in 1999 by its CEO and founder Andrii Matiukha; the Favbet organization (formerly Favorit) started its activities in the bookmaking industry back in 1999. Currently employing over 3500 personnel and having a large presence across many Eastern European and CIS countries, FAVBET is undoubtedly the region’s leading bookmaker."
Something interesting that I found about them, if they really have 3500 workers they are gigantic company, but probably 90% of those are street-shop workers.

                      Favbet

Guys favbet is not american company. I am living in ukraine. And their main office is in RUSSIA!!! Most companies doing this. They are just renting mailbox number from america. And they are talking with you via internet which you do not even realise it. Just be carefull.
