I expect Obama to win the election... but Romney is +300 at the moment.

I understand that he needs OH, FLA, VA to win (and I don't follow politics all that closely), but him winning FL is pretty much a lock. Ohio and Virginia will definitely be tough, but not impossible.

Keep in mind, I don't really know what I'm talking about, but I think there's value in Romney at 3-1

As much as I bet you hope to wish it true - the specific demographics of that area will not allow Romney to be successful in Ohio.

Obama was campaigning in that state back in 2009-10 by giving them a huge job stimulus. A ton of people think they owe their job to Obama. Hell, many people - quasi-unionized people - have said something to the effect that "Obama saved my job, so now it is our time to save his."

Mitt should be killing that state, but Obama's campaign had the foresight to make presidential actions that guaranteed him the next election.

Elections have become a math game. Ohio being a gigantic part of the equation. When Mitt was still denying he was running for President in 2012, Obama was guaranteeing his re-election.

Obama is one of the greatest "candidates" ever.

As such, to say there is no value in +300 in what most believe to be a coin flip, seems incorrect too. Howver, if you simply do the math you are betting on a prop something akin to "a safety in the last minute of the game +300".

Then why is it the biggest pile of shit GOP supports always live in trailer parks and only care about guns, four wheelers and church? All those shit states in the south that vote R every election are the poorest and most uneducated in the country. You can google the shit up lowest incomes, lowest iq levels, highest drop out rates, high unemployment, on and on all in states that are in the south. Keep voting for these shit "R" and thats what you have to look forward too.

States in the north that vote D are amongst the highest educated and richest in our nation and it's mainly due to electing "D" most elections.
