#75This is near certainly false. I'm sure these guy did mid 7 figures at minimum opening weekend and look how fast they're now paying off Sportsbetting.ag players. Their CC processing is an issue again though, and NETELLER worked today but didn't yesterday for a period. Perhaps have some cash flow issues at times, but there's not a large risk of being stiffed here. Sometimes slow paid, which is bad for business, but probably not stiffed. C+/B- type book with lots of hassles due to shitty support but good value for those willing to deal with it. Notice so many complaining about them also use them still as well.Originally posted by PharaohUBBetOnline is in financial trouble. SBR knows it. If SBR admits they are in trouble publicly BetOnline/Lowvig will lose out on deposits for football season. Without the football deposits nobody gets paid, SBR and Mathy alike. Hopefully they can fix their business model and turn the ship around. I stopped playing their years ago. Their customer service and business practices has ALWAYS been shady. SBR/Betonline won't admit Lowvig/Betonline are related likely because lowvig is going to steal all deposits and go out of business and use funds to save Betonline. That's my opinion.Comment -

#77This is probably true. I don't think Mathy is worried that BOL will stiff. I don't think they will. The reality of offshore betting is that, in order to maximize profits, you have to play at outs that increase your expected value. Sportsbetting.com (before the BOL purchase) was notorious for slow-paying at times, but their promotions made it worth the hassle. One thing they didn't do was all this shifty stuff trying to prevent players from cashing out.Originally posted by propThis is near certainly false. A top forum owner once said: "If you're gonna be stiff be stiff, but don't be loud stiff." All this junk with the free plays, hidden terms, forcing deposits prior to withdrawals, etc is the equivalent of being "loud stiff".

Dear tom, To celebrate next week’s start of the 2012 football season and to thank you for sending your action our way in the past, we loaded your BetOnline.ag account with a $50.00 sports free play.
You don’t need to deposit to use your $50.00; simply log in to BetOnline.ag (username:xxxxxx). If you haven’t logged in since we made our move over to .AG, you’ll be asked to confirm your account details; it will only take you a couple of minutes.
Once you confirm your details, fire away with your $50.00 free play. Use it on this week’s Michigan (+12.5) vs. Alabama game, the Cowboys (+3.5) vs. Giants NFL opener in a couple weeks, or just about anything else on the betting board.** Just use it now, because it expires on Thursday, August 30th at 11:59pm (ET).
While enjoying your complimentary $50.00, you’ll see all of the significant improvements we’ve made to our product since moving to BetOnline.ag…
Our props offering has nearly doubled… we open our lines before the competition… we offer the most games to bet on Live…our poker room is busier than ever… and we just added a Live Casino with living, breathing, and attractive female dealers.
And we still have the biggest reload bonus and the most deposit and payout methods around.
Don’t pass up your chance to make your college and NFL Week 1 bets ‘on the house’. Head over to BetOnline.ag right now and you’ll be making your risk-free plays in a matter of minutes.
Enjoy your $50.00!

#88Just relax guys.
The BOL trickery with the freeplays and "deposits to then make withdrawals" are a first for me, and that definitely is frustrating. Today send $50 to Maria Manila Laguana Santos so that tomorrow Pablo Sanchez Maria can send you $950? What a fukking joke. [It's too bad books don't operate out of Germany so everyone has only one fukking last name.] I agree with ronald's quote.
BOL should also clarify their relationship with Lowvig.
I personally hate books making you jump through useless hoops, doing things like canceling your payout requests without telling you (and once they do, won't tell you why) more than a book being up front and saying "I am sorry. We fukked up. We can be useless at times. Your payout is going to take a couple months because we have a cokehead for a manager". It's just shifty and makes me angry about ever getting involved with the book, even if they offer a great bonus or easy lines. All you can do is hope you crush them, but then your payout issues just double...
A Fishhead quote for you guys: "You can't win sir, can't win."Comment -

#91When BOL/Sportsbetting first started dishing out these random FP, there was a box that would appear when you logged in, asking "We have a $50 FP for you. Do you accept it?".
Then, without any notice, they just start adding these FP to your account without giving you the option to decline them. These FP just serve as a block on your account from withdrawing. To get it removed you have to contact CS, which we all know is a clusterfukk at BOL headquarters. A real shrewd move on the part of BOL & Sportsbetting to prevent withdrawals.

#98This may not be a popular thing to say, but SBR should not be faulted for supporting BOL. SBR is in the business of making money. SBR does not claim to be a "watchdog" site or any type of regulator. SBR does have a rating system but as punters we have to make our own rating system by collectively reviewing the books and posting our experiences. The monthly payout thread is helpful. SBR does not censor our posts so ultimately it is up to the players to assist other players by stating their grievances. Mathdotcom has done that here with BOL and I urge others to follow suit. If a book gives you the runaround, post about it. If a book is good, post about it too. For the longest time Sportsbetting.com had a poor rating here at SBR yet I regarded it as a top book, as did many others. In this world of unregulated offshore betting the players should be helping each other. Let make this forum our own watchdog site.Originally posted by MonteSBR is a scam too, B+ over years for a book with a fancy URL that is very likely to steal your money?

#105So has anyone figured out why Sportsbetting.ag hasn't added the Moneybookers / Skrill option ?? I'm assuming that no one else has the Skrill option set up on their Sportsbetting.ag account ??
Since they're trying to prevent withdrawals, I could understand them not listing it as a withdrawal option ... but not even having it as a deposit method seems strange.Comment
