No one should ever be running from the police, even if you believe you are being unlawfully detained.
But you should never ever be shot for doing so.
The poster who said there are circumstances where a cop is allowed to shoot people in the back & one of those reason was public safety if the perp is a known threat to society.
Ironic that the biggest threat to this cops community was himself.
Itchy. if I lived in a nice suburban community full of families, I would be terrified if this man I was working in my neighborhood. If I lived in the slums in a poor neighborhood, I would be equally terrified of this man ...if not more
