    Warner or Leinart?
The Cardinals have Kurt Warner and now Matt Leinart, who should they start? You gotta feel somewhat bad for Kurt who (knowingly) went to NY with Eli Manning right behind him. Now it looks like the same may occur in Zona.

Kurt Warner should know his time is over as QB in the NFL. If not, he needs to stop listening to his wife. He had his glory with the Rams, its time to move on. Maybe QB coach somewhere?

Im sure Warner will start as the starter, but Leinart will pick it up sometime durning the season.

I would be shocked to see Leinart play more than a handfull (6 games MAX starting) this season, pending injury.

You can't compare the 2 as a passer. Warner has an NFL arm, even if his eyes are glazed over like he's a deer in the headlights from all the hits he takes.

Leinart, while having a brilliant college career, IMO BARELY has the arm strength to be even as good as Chad Pennington (Leinart's touch is a shadow of Chad's, too)... And his mobility stinks (no matter how much he pumps it up).

Crap, even my dog (who won't give up his ball), could toss for 3500+ yards with Zona's receivers... I just don't think Leinart is talented enough to take many (if any) snaps. If he develops, shame on me... But I think I have a good enough feel of him to know he probably was a great pick by zona in their spot, but not good enough to be their next Neil Lomax... (heh)

I can see Warner being a good coach down the road as long as he calls the shots on the field and not his witch.

Leinart will only see playing time if Warner gets hurt.

Arixona got to start Warner over Lienert this year
at the begining. Warner has got Edgerin James
now and the Cardinals is going to be better. I
think they win 9 games and if there winning more
then Warner is going to get most of the playing
tiem so Lienert can sit on the side lines and learn
              some more from Warner..

Leinart is going to be a world class bust.

Weak arm strength and less than stellar decision making when under pressure, which he will be under a lot of more than when he was playing at SC.

                      Warner or Leinart?
Both. This is what the NFL is all about. You've got two potentially great QBs. Make them fight it out in training camp and may the best QB get the job.

But, realistically, Warner probably gets the job based on his veteran strengths. Hopefully if/when Leinart eventaully gets the nod, we won't have another soap opera with Warner's wife critisizing the Cardinals organization.

Warner will start the season, but he is so injury prone, he won't last very long. Depends on the offensive line how long. Last year that line was a mess.
