49ers vs Eagles Wild Card Picks & Discussion
The 49ers looked like they were peaking at the right time before laying an egg against the Seahawks in Week 18.

Philly has been Jekyll and Hyde all year but come in off a mini-bye after resting some starters last week.

While taking the points is tempting, I do think injuries might catch up to San Fran this week and could see the Eagles pulling away in the 2nd half.

The line has ticked up but I like Philly at -4 or better.

Who are you guys going with here?

SF is a dead team walking, totally lifeless last week v. Seattle.

Philly all day, and as a Giants fan, that's painful to say.

The 49ers getting some love on the NFL picks page:

        San Francisco +3.5 (-110)
"While San Francisco may not win this game outright, they were one of the best teams in football away from home, owning a 7-2 record against the spread on the road. The Philadelphia defense also owns a bottom-10 run-stopping unit, setting Christian McCaffrey up for a big game and keeping his offense in third-and-short situations." - Dustin Saracini

        San Francisco +4.5 (-110)
"San Francisco was 7-2 ATS on the road this season, and that's despite the litany of injuries it had to deal with for most of the season. I expect them to keep it close in Philly." - Gary Pearson

A couple Eagles player props posted as well:

Saquon Barkley Over 99.5 Rush and Rec Yards (-112)
"Saquon Barkley gets a tasty matchup against a banged-up 49ers defense that is without Fred Warner, Nick Martin, and Tatum Bethune, and has Dee Winters and Luke Gifford questionable from its linebacking corps alone." - Mike Spector

Jalen Hurts Over 30.5 Rushing Yards (-118)
"Jalen Hurts has rushed for at least 31 yards in seven of nine playoff games, including scampering for at least 70 yards in two of the previous three, including in the Super Bowl." - Gary Pearson

Another 49ers backer as the line has ticked up to 6.

              San Francisco +6 (-108)
"One separator between these teams is run defense, with the 49ers ranking 11th (107.8 yards per game) and the Eagles down in 22nd (124.4 yards). The Seattle Seahawks just stifled the 49ers' offense while holding San Francisco's running backs to 32 rushing yards, and limiting Christian McCaffrey to a mere 2.9 yards per carry. That'll be tough to follow, and especially with McCaffrey's versatility. McCaffrey just posted 924 receiving yards, and the Eagles gave up the seventh-most receiving yards to running backs." - Sean Tomlinson
