Monday Night Football: Cowboys vs Raiders Picks & Betting Splits
Week 11 of Monday Night Football features Dallas taking on Las Vegas at 8:15 PM ET on ABC/ESPN.

SBR's Gary Pearson breaks down the action in his Cowboys vs Raiders prediction:

    Over/Under pick: Over 49.5 (-114 via Caesars)

    Game prediction: Cowboys -3 (-120 via bet365)

"Monday Night Football features a Raiders offense ranked third-worst in EPA per play against a Cowboys defense that ranks 31st in the same category. The Raiders score the second-fewest points per game (15.4), one more than the Tennessee Titans.

They have, however, enjoyed some success against lower-ranked defenses, scoring 24 apiece against the Washington Commanders and Chicago Bears.

While nobody should be naive enough to think their new acquisition, Quinnen Williams, will be the savior of the Cowboys' brutal defense, there is optimism that the All-Pro defensive tackle can facilitate a few more stops.

Williams and the Cowboys are well-rested, too, with the former New York Jet playing his last game three weeks ago.

The Raiders, meanwhile, have the 21st-ranked defense in terms of EPA per play. Dak Prescott and Co. faced three teams among the worst 10 in EPA per play recently, scoring 37 points against the Jets, 27 against the Carolina Panthers, and 44 against the Commanders.

With the tragic passing of teammate Marshawn Kneeland, I expect the Cowboys to band together."

Best prop bet: George Pickens Over 64.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel)

"The Raiders rank among the bottom 10 in receiving yards for opposing wide receivers, allowing 158.7 per game. Pickens has accounted for at least 78 yards in four consecutive games, averaging 102.

He hit the Over on this total in seven of nine games, and his target share has not decreased since CeeDee Lamb returned to the lineup. The Raiders have the 23rd-ranked pass defense in terms of EPA per play, which also bodes well for the Prescott-Pickens combination."

SBR's Phil Wood has his best Cowboys vs Raiders player prop bets ready to go:

Ashton Jeanty Over 62.5 rushing yards (-110 via DraftKings)

"Jeanty has topped 62.5 rushing yards just four times this season, and he’s averaging 3.8 yards per carry. But the Cowboys rank 28th in rush defense, allowing 143 yards per game, and they’re giving up an average of 4.8 yards per carry.

Jeanty has faced three of the eight teams allowing more yards per carry than the Cowboys this season. In two of those contests, he rushed for at least 75 yards, and in one of them, he set a career high with 138 yards."

George Pickens Over 64.5 receiving yards (-114 via FanDuel)

"The Raiders are allowing 227.4 receiving yards per game, which ranks 16th in the NFL. Yet while this isn’t a great matchup, Pickens has been one of the most consistent receivers in the league this year.

Pickens has recorded at least 68 yards in seven of his nine games. Even with CeeDee Lamb back in the lineup for the last three weeks, Pickens has recorded at least 78 yards in each contest. He even outgained Lamb once."

Brock Bowers Under 6.5 receptions (-110 via BetMGM)

"Two weeks ago, Bowers caught 12 of 13 targets for 127 yards and three touchdowns. However, last week he managed just one catch for 31 yards. And while the Cowboys have the 29th-ranked pass defense, they haven’t been terrible against tight ends.

The Cowboys have allowed the 15th-most receptions to tight ends and the 16th-most yards. And while Bowers has managed 32 receptions in just six games, he’s only caught more than five passes once. In fact, he hasn’t even been targeted seven times in three of his six games."

SBR's Esten McLaren shares his MNF anytime touchdown scorer predictions:

CeeDee Lamb, WR, Cowboys (+115 via DraftKings)

"CeeDee Lamb has played three straight games since returning from injury. His 59 offensive snaps (88%) last week were his most in that time. His 12 targets were his second-most in a single game this season (13 in Week 1).

Lamb has been targeted a total of 30 times in his three games since returning to the lineup. He caught 19 of them and recorded at least 74 yards in each game. Though the Cowboys' No. 1 wideout is stuck at one touchdown on the season, a Raiders team that's given up 10 touchdowns to receivers - and defends tight ends well - should open the door a little wider.

We likely won't see plus-money odds any longer once Lamb scores for the second time this season."

Tyler Lockett, WR, Raiders (+390 via FanDuel)

"As bad as the Raiders are against wide receivers, the Cowboys are much worse. They've allowed 16 touchdowns to the position through nine games while allowing receivers to average 10.10 yards per target on a 69.7% catch rate.

Tyler Lockett has definitely lost a step from the version prior to this season we'd all rather remember, but his role increased significantly from his first to his second game with the Raiders. He caught five of six targets for 44 yards last week - and that was in the Raiders' 10-7 loss to the Denver Broncos.

A higher-scoring game that still projects the Raiders to be playing catch-up should have him involved throughout the night, and we'll see if he still can exploit the many holes in this Dallas defense with a big play."

Ryan Flournoy, WR, Cowboys (+600 via DraftKings)

"After having his role diminished in Lamb's first two games back in the lineup, Ryan Flournoy played 67% of the snaps last week. He caught both of his targets and scored the first touchdown of his career in the red zone.

He showed earlier this season what he can do with a larger volume of work, and has now earned some trust inside the 20-yard line."

Monday Night Football anytime touchdown scorer parlay

      Total odds: +6500 | $10 bet pays $650 profit

"I'm making my anytime touchdown scorer parlay for Monday Night Football at DraftKings, as it offers the best odds on two of our three picks. A winning $10 bet would pay a profit of $650 if all three of Lamb, Lockett, and Flournoy get into the end zone tonight."
